Before your appointment renew your patient ID with the state. Login onto https://padohmmp.custhelp.com/app/login and answer the renewal questions It must be done before the visit
3. Appointment
- Renewals (New Patients to us) : $199.
- Renewals / SSI / Vets: $199.
4. Get your new medical marijuana card
The state will issue a new card and you may discard the old card
